How to place an order?
- From the categories menu, click on the categories you are currently interested in.
- You can also navigate via the Collections page to your favorite collection, or use our search function.
- Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, select your options (size,color,etc) and click on "ADD TO CART" button.
- When you have finish adding the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart, review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on "shopping bag" link at the top left hand corner of the page
- You can readjust your options, remove the items (click on the small X box at the side of the item's name) while reviewing your items.
- Click on "CHECKOUT" and fill in all the necessary details to complete your order.
- Note that you will receive an email notification from us if your order have been placed successfully.
Do you take international order?
Yes, we shipped directly from South Korea to all overseas countries.

Can I make purchases through phone order, fax or email?
Sorry, at the moment we're only accepting orders online.
We do not offer in person pickups or meet-ups too.
Do you have a physical boutique?
We currently operate solely online.

How can I check my purchase?
You'll receive an Invoice/Order number at the end of your purchase.
With your Invoice/Order number you can check up on your order information anytime.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Yes, you may cancel an order after you've placed it if payment have not been made for your order. All paid orders are confirmed and not subjected to cancellation unless merchandise is out of stock.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, if your order status is currently "Open" or "Payment Received".
No, if your order status is "In Process" or later stages.
What is the benefits of signing up for an account at Stylezi?
Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at Stylezi.com, registering your details will allow you to:
- Track your order and review past purchases
- Build a personal wish list
- Shop without entering your address details again
- Manage your address book and email settings
- Enjoy rebates via "Scents" system, a type of credit points system tagged to each individual registered customer.

How do I create an account at Stylezi?
To create an account, simply click on "Register" and fill in the required fields.
I've forgot my password. Help me please?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘"Forgot password" instructions on the Sign in page to reset your old password and send a new one to your registered e-mail address. For security reasons, we are unable to recover your forgotten password from the system.
Additional information to note
- For Paypal, bank transfers payment method, all orders will be charged when the order is placed.
- Process Estimate Time is stated on each and every product detail's page. It is the expected shipment time for the respective products and they are not guaranteed.
- Stock of merchandise is not guaranteed due to possible delays or cancellations of certain products by our Korean vendors. All out of stock products purchased will be refunded in full in payment have been received by us for it.
