How can I check my Scents balance?

You can simply check your available Scents from the "My Accounts" tab when you are logged in. Should you have further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service representatives and we would respond at the shortest convenient time.

How can I use my accumulated Scents?

When you are ready to pay for your selected purchases, you can choose to use your accrued reward Scents as legitimate payment. Scents are not reusable so your accumulated lot will be reduced every time you use them for payment.

Simple example:
If your purchase costs SG $100 and your accumulated Scents is 500 (which equals to SG $5.00 in monetary value), your out-of-the pocket expense will only be SG $95

During checkout, you can use your Scents balance to pay for the subtotal of your order.

• At "View Cart" or "Checkout" page, if you cannot see the "Scents to use:" input field, click on "Scents credit payment"
• Enter the amount of Scents you want to use and click on "Apply".
• The respective monetary equivalent will be deducted from your subtotal.

Essential information to note

• Scents accumulated via rewards, bonuses are not redeemable/exchangeable for cash
• Reward Scents awarded for each order will only be successfully deposited into your Stylezi account when the respective order have been updated to the status "Completed".
• All Scents credit are in-store credit which can be used as "money" on Stylezi.com. It has no expiration date and it can be applied to deduct off the subtotal for any future orders.
• Scents cannot be used to cover shipping/delivery expenses.
• All goods are to be paid in Singapore dollars currency. All Scents conversion rates are calculated in Singapore dollars currency.
