• For shipping to Singapore, on top of shipping directly from Korea via Korea Post, alternative modes are available if you wish to pay for lower shipping fees and do not mind waiting for a longer period of delivery lead time. Please see below for more information.

We refund any excess shipping charged

As the shipping costs are determined by the estimated weight. If there is a difference in the actual weight versus the estimated order weight, and excess shipping costs were charged, we will refund the excess shipping costs back to your card/bank/Paypal account.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Stylezi.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Do note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. We are unable to retrieve all global shipping packages that are left unclaimed for more than 10 business days after dispatched.

Local (Singapore) Delivery

• For all Singpost shipping method, orders usually are processed and packed for shipping within 10-15 working days from payment.
• You get to enjoy cheaper shipping via Singpost as we consolidate all orders that opt for Singpost shipping methods in a batch, and shipped it to Singapore via Korea EMS. Then repacked separately to be dispatched via Singpost.
• This means that there will be a significantly longer waiting time for your order to be completed, as waiting time is required for all items in a batch to be fulfilled and checked before it can be shipped to Singapore.
• If you wish to expedite the processing time, please select the Korea Post shipping methods.
• We do not offer in person pickups or meet-ups.

Singpost Registered

Goods will be delivered via Singpost's registered mail system and takes approximately 2 - 3 working days once order status is updated to "Completed". Article tracking number will be provided and each package is limited to a maximum of 2kg. Delivery to doorsteps.

Local Courier Delivery

Local Courier Service is available for orders exceeding a total weight of 2kg. Additional charges will be collected in cases where your order exceed 2kg. Additional charges waived!

For Singpost Registered Delivery Service:
